RockFour Album Review:
They help bring back lost sounds and give them their own life at 2006-03-31 I love this album. Very colorful and textured music chalk full of melody, melotron, and Rickenbacker. Just the way I like it. Youve seen the other bands theyve been compared to. Id like to throw in shades of 60s-era Who and Moody Blues as well. Basically, if you love the psychedelic era of rock, then this is a must-have album for your collection. Best part is these guys are still around, rocking out and creating new music today! As a side recommendation, check out the other bands at their labels website... Rainbowquartz.com. You wont be sorry!
RockFour Album Review:
Need more Beach Boys or Beatles with a touch of The Byrds at 2004-03-19 Young and Inspired artists from war torn Isreal find an outlet for their musical inspirtaions (Beach Boys, Beatles, The Byrds) in each of their albums over the last ten years. Their english music is good and the hebrew is even better. If you are a 50 something looking for some good new songs pick up this album, or if you want to just listen to good music instead of noise.
RockFour Album Review:
Rock Four Rocks at 2003-06-23 I love this album. I am a baby boomer who grew up with The Beatles and The Byrds. If you like the electric 12-string Rickenbacker sound, this one if a must! Their songwriting, singing, and instrumentation remind me so much of the Beatles, with a touch of Byrds and ELO.
RockFour Album Review:

RockFour Album Review:
Play Another Beginning over and over. Not a retro band at 2002-09-07 The comment, the hottest band out of Israel is what got my attention. I had heard a few clips on NPR and I knew had to hear more. This band clearly shows heavy influence of 60s bands like The Birds, early Beatles and others of the British Invasion. But it would be a mistake to say that the music and lyrics are a simplistic tribute to the retro music. Instead RockFour has integrated those influences and made it their own. This IS modern music. The lyrics are a fresh voice of both universal themes and political commentary. The psychedelic guitars are a sweet pop but reflect an honesty that is absent from the overpackaged videostars that preside over the airwaves. With dreamy vocals, hypnotic guitars, and inventive piano, it wont be long before RockFour climbs the college radio charts and more. I want to play Another Beginning over and over.
