Joe King Carrasco Album Review: Joe King Carrasco defines his Tex-Mex Reggae style. at 1999-06-18 Tex-Mex with a Reggae flavor is the only mix that even comes close to describing the Kings style that rocks this definative album from the first track to the last. An extremely addictive album, you may want to consider buying two CDs, for you will surely wear out the first one. Knocking on Heavens Door, the only non-original track on the album, shows Carrascos talent to apply his style to improve exsisiting tunes, while El Arroyo proves his genius as a song writer in his own right. This one will get your party moving.
