Skiesfalling is the new incarnation of Bella (1999-2001) comprising of former formers Blake Hutyra and Justin Sweatt and now including bassist Zach Hennard, guitarist Doug Ferguson, and keys/synth player Aaron Grimaudo.
Skiesfalling is similar to Bella's music yet more mature and focused, more versatile and even more cosmic drifting to the outer reaches of the galactic third eye mindset.The synergy of the newly aligned band is incredible and speaks through the music produced in their recorded improv sessions at their practice space, Illumination Studio. Skiesfalling is very excited about shaping these improvs into rehearsed cohesion to be performed live. They eagerly await to tickle the cerebrum of many future listeners and fans to become. They are very excited about the music and feel a magic together in their every moment of musical creation.
Outside of the home base as a live musical experience Skiesfalling's music has been featured in a few independant films and will have music in the documentary for Richard Linklater's latest film effort 'Fast Food Nation'.
