Dag King and the Royal Family Band Bio

Originally from Oslo, Norway, Dag King recorded several albums of country rock in Denmark and Norway. Dag King is now writing and recording country rock-pop music in Austin. Smile Love was released in 2002 after his arrival in the U.S. In 2003, King was part of a compilation CD called Buzzlighter 3.

He teamed up with a band called the Royal Family Band in Austin. The Royal Family Band features Mike "Bones" Hatchett on drums, Larry Gaston on bass and Deseri Nally on backup vocals.

Dag King and the Royal Family Band are appearing in various venues in Austin and around central Texas.
