Sumner Erickson & the Texcentrics Bio

The Texcentrics are a group of veteran musicians from bands ranging from Retarded Elf to the Pittsburgh Symphony. These native South Austinites play only Texas music. Whether performing originals or putting their spin on other Lone Star greats' songs, they are unmistakebly 'Texcentric'

The Texcentrics are Sumner Erickson on Vocals, Rhythm Guitar; Geno Gottschall on Bass, Backup Vocals; Michael Gottschall (aka Mo Shaw) on Lead Guitar; and Buddy Forsythe on Drums.
